I found out this week that the University of Arkansas’s Rhetoric and Composition Office (RCO) will be adapting my grading contract (which I’ve used since 2019) for mandatory use in all of their upcoming composition programming. I’ve been very excited to share my experiences using a grading contract, as I think a learner-centered approach to teaching is absolutely integral to my pedagogy.
