With the success of the ADAPTATION TODAY listserv, I’m now pleased to announce the founding of Adaptation Today, a website focused on providing a sense of community, collaboration, and camaraderie amongst all scholars interested in adaptation.

The site began as a conversation at SAMLA in November 2023 about how scholars in adaptation studies can become more inclusive, collaborative, and accessible for scholars at every career level. With a brand new editorial board, I am excited for the future of this site and how it will focus particularly on providing support (like mentoring and pedagogical tools) to early-career scholars, contingent scholars, and graduate students.
